1. General Provisions

Additional terms:

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

Welcome bonus:

New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The following terms apply to claiming and using this bonus:

• Bonus wagering requirement: 20 times (20x)
• Bonus funds may be used to play any eligible game
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met
• The initial deposit cannot be refunded while a bonus is active
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account

6. Betting Rules and Gaming Regulations

• No bet can be changed once it has been confirmed
• If a transaction is cancelled due to a technical error, the relevant bet amount will be refunded

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — fair play is guaranteed

Sports betting (cricket, football, etc.):

• If a match is cancelled or unresolved, the bet may be declared void and funds will be returned
• Bets may be cancelled up until the match starts (under specific conditions)
• Betting is available for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and international cricket
• e9999's decision on odds setting is final

Dispute resolution:

If a dispute arises over a game result or payment, notify e9999 support via live chat or email within 72 hours. No claims will be accepted after the dispute submission deadline.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e9999 platform:

• Money laundering or any attempt to process illegal funds
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Attempting to hack the bonus system or collect extra bonuses through dishonest means
• Interfering with the platform's software or game interface
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Using insider information to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users
• Playing on behalf of minors or assisting them in using the platform
• Using the platform to finance extremism or terrorist activities
